Gentle Yoga moves slowly and includes standing poses that build strength and floor poses to develop your flexibility. Generally we keep the chaturanga or yogi push-up out of Gentle Yoga and we modify our poses to make them more accessible. The Gentle Yoga practice is as challenging as it is rewarding!
