Welcome to Marin Power Yoga’s First Virtual Fitness Challenge! We’re so glad you’re here.
Each day of this Five-Day Challenge you are required to complete:
- One Fitness Class
- One Guided Meditation (increasing in length each day)
- One Power Yoga class
Choose a playlist of your choice from our teacher-curated playlist section for each class you take. You must complete each day to proceed to the next!
The Journey is one path into what we do at Marin Power Yoga. Each day you’ll be prompted to take between one and three classes, but the choice is yours! We put a mix of Power Yoga, Boot Camp, Gentle Yoga, Yin, and Mat Pilates into this schedule. You can balance the program as it fits your life and schedule.
Each day there will be a Meditation and a choice of 2 classes. Do one or do them all – whatever is right for your body! Some people will just do the Meditation. We call them enlightened! When you finish each class, you will have access to all of the classes you experienced.
Note: The Journey Transitions – Now you can take all of the classes on your schedule in the Mix Sessions.
