BootCamp uses your body weight to increase your strength and develop your perseverance skills!
Thanksgiving is Thursday November 23, 2017. We will be having a BootCamp class at 7:00-7:45am and a TKO from 8:00-9:00am with Nance and a Power Yoga class with me teaching and Live Music from Gabe Harris from 8-9:15am. Yes, you should sign-up in advance or message us if you want us to sign anyone up for you.
Why are we open Thanksgiving? It is a GLORIOUS holiday! Between coffee, walks or bike rides, yelling at the football game, cooking, cleaning, eating and time with family and friends. Time With You. Time With Us. Time With Your Community. Stronger. Healthier. Happier. Everything is Possible!

Monday – Friday 1:15 – 4:15pm
Graduation: Thursday, June 29th: 3:30pm
All of the details are in the Application. You will learn how to teach a great group fitness class with an emphasis on TRX, BootCamp and TKO. You will deepen your knowledge about alignment, learn how to share your knowledge effectively, craft a variety of classes, integrate mindfulness and meditation into your classes!
You will be ready to teach great fitness classes when you graduate!
