Starting June 2, 2014 we have strengthening and lengthening for Teens in June! We have added in 2 amazing classes just for Teens! On Monday at 4:30pm in the Tree House we have Strength Training with Wendy Rodgers. From Light Weights to Interval Training we will build muscle and develop new habits of health! On Wednesdays Claire Bernard is teaching a Teen Power Yoga class in the Tree House at 4:30pm! Teens are always invited into all of our regular classes, we are putting some classes on the schedule that will give the teachers to focus in on their strengths and eliminate weaknesses. We want them to have tools to grow with! Wendy has trained young athletes for everything from football to skate boarding! This is a great opportunity for teens get in touch with their muscles and build some energy for their summer plans! Classes are $20 Drop-In or $70 a month for access to all of our classes!
